We’re here to make it right. Tell us what went wrong, add a few photos, and we’ll sort a reprint or refund after a quick review. Most claims get a first reply within 1–2 business days.

Before you start

  • This form is for misprints, defects, damage, missing or wrong items.
  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or picking the wrong size.
  • For packages marked Delivered but missing, check neighbors or building staff and file a carrier claim.
Upload photos (required for misprint, quality, damage; optional for others). Up to 5 files. JPG, PNG, HEIC, or PDF. Max 10 MB each. Add close-ups and a full item shot.
