Data we collect

  • Support/claims: details you send via forms or email, including photos (for returns/replacements).

Collected automatically (when you visit)

  • Device and usage data: pages viewed, actions on our site, basic device/browser info. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with first-party cookies to understand site usage and improve the experience. GA4 does not log or store IP addresses and offers regional privacy controls.

From third parties

  • Payment processors: process your payment; we receive payment status (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Fulfillment & carriers: shipping status and tracking events from Printful and delivery partners.

  • GA4 analytics: retained according to our GA4 data-retention setting; data is automatically deleted after that period.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or port your data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California privacy rights (CPRA)

California residents can request to know, delete, and correct certain personal information, and may opt out of “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don’t sell personal information for money. If we use analytics/ads that qualify as “sharing,” you can opt out via the cookie banner or by contacting us via our Contact page. EEA/UK lawful bases (GDPR)
