Shipping Info

We ship to most countries worldwide. Your order is made to order, then auto-routed to the Printful facility that can fulfill and deliver fastest.

How your order moves

  1. Fulfill — We create your item (usually 2–5 business days).
  2. Ship — Time depends on destination and method.
  3. Deliver — Carriers handle the last mile; options vary by region.

During peak periods, fulfillment can skew toward the high end of the window.

How long will it take?

Your delivery time = fulfillment time + shipping time. On average, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days before an item leaves the building.

After fulfillment, typical carrier speeds:

  • Standard / Flat Rate: about 5–20 business days (varies by country).
  • Express (where available): about 1–3 business days.
  • Standard DDP (Canada only): ~3–5 business days after fulfillment (up to 12 to Atlantic region).

You’ll see available methods and prices at checkout for your address.

Tracking

You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your package is handed to the carrier. (Tracking appears once the carrier scans the label.)

Split shipments

If your cart mixes product types or locations, items may ship in separate packages—that’s normal and helps them arrive safely.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders can incur customs/VAT based on destination and order value. These fees are paid by the recipient unless a duty-paid option is shown at checkout for your country.

Address changes

See a typo? Tell us immediately. We can update an address before an order ships; once it’s marked Shipped, it can’t be changed. If a parcel returns due to a bad address or going unclaimed, we can reship after you confirm the correct address (reship costs apply).

“Delivered” but missing

If tracking shows Delivered and the package can’t be found, Printful can’t cover a free reprint or reship. Your best next steps are to check with neighbors/building staff and file a carrier claim; we can reship at cost if it isn’t recovered.
