Refund & Returns Policy

All items here are made to order just for you. We keep it simple: if we mess up, we fix it fast. If you change your mind, we’ll guide you on options that make sense for print-on-demand.

What we cover

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or the wrong item, submit the Claim Form on this page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we’ll reprint at no cost or refund the affected item when a reprint isn’t possible.

Lost in transit? If tracking stalls and the package is considered lost, submit the Claim Form on this page within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll reprint or refund.

What we don’t cover

Because everything is printed on demand, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color by default. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.

“Delivered” but not received

If a carrier marks an order Delivered and it can’t be located, our printer can’t cover a free reprint or reship. Your best steps: check with neighbors/building staff, allow a business day for a late scan, then file a carrier claim. We can reship at cost if the parcel isn’t recovered

Wrong address & unclaimed packages

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly and the carrier can’t deliver, the parcel typically returns to the facility. We can reship after you confirm the corrected address; reshipping costs apply. (If you catch the error before the order ships, we can update the address. Once an order is marked Shipped, the address can’t be changed.)
Unclaimed/undeliverable shipments that return to the facility also require reship postage.

What to include

  • Order number and email
  • Issue type (misprint, damaged, defective, wrong item, lost in transit)
  • Description (1–2 lines)
  • Photos (3–5 clear images): full item + close-ups of the issue, and the packing slip if available

We’ll review and reply within 24–48 hours on business days. (Photo proof is standard for approving reprints/refunds.)

Privacy note: By uploading images, you allow us to use them solely to process your claim.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post funds after we process the refund.
